Indications: Cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, lumbar disc herniation, sciatica, migraines, arthritis, sports injuries, etc. Treatment Plan: Acute Pain Phase (e.g., sprains, muscle strains): 2-3 times per week for 2-4 weeks (total of 6-10 sessions). Chronic Pain (e.g., cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation): 1-2 times per week for 6-8 weeks (total of 10-15 sessions). Post-Surgical Rehabilitation: 2 times per week for 4-6 weeks (total of 8-12 sessions).
